Statement of Faith

Burns Military Christian Academy is founded on the belief in the one true Living God, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, as outlined in the Bible. This belief is rooted in the teachings of the Old and New Testaments, which serve as the foundation for our faith and practices. We affirm the following core beliefs, supported by biblical scriptures:

We Believe

1. The One True Living God: We believe in the existence of one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19, John 1:1-14).

2. The Son of God, Jesus Christ: We acknowledge Jesus Christ as the Son of God, who came to take away the sins of the world. His death on the cross and resurrection three days later are central to our faith. Only through the acceptance of Jesus as the Messiah can one be born again and saved, with their name written in the book of Life (John 14:6, Acts 4:12).

3. The Power of the Holy Spirit: We believe in the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, given to believers, which empowers us to live a holy life on earth. This belief is based on the teachings of grace and the resurrection of Jesus Christ (Romans 8:9, 1 Corinthians 12:12-14).

4. The Second Coming of Jesus: We anticipate the personal and bodily return of Jesus Christ, as stated in the Scriptures (Acts 1:11, Revelation 22:20).

5. The Rapture and the Anti-Christ: We believe in the rapture, the coming of the Anti-Christ, and the final judgment, as described in the Book of Revelation (Revelation 19:11-21).

6. Salvation through the Blood of Jesus: We hold that only through the blood of Jesus Christ can sin be washed away and forgiven forever (Romans 3:23-25, 1 John 1:7).

These beliefs are not exhaustive but represent the core tenets of our faith as outlined in the Bible. We are committed to teaching these truths to our students, instilling in them a deep understanding and love for God, and preparing them to live out their faith in a world that often challenges these principles.

Statement of Non-Discrimination

Burns Military Christian Academy welcomes students of any race, color, male or female sex, national, or ethnic origin; however, as a ministry of The Harvest Faith Center, adherence to our Statement of Faith is mandatory. Burns Military Christian Academy will not discriminate based on religious denomination, provided the student agrees with our Statement of Faith.
